Tulirekha Art School was initiated in 1992, with an urge to develop an atmosphere for meaningful involvement in artistic pursuits amongst children of the locality.
Over the years the small Sunday school has churned out several students who have already carved a niche in their individual professional arenas, with an inner urge towards delving in artistic thinking and appreciating beauty in Nature around and also inculcating rich artistic values.
The school still strives to reach out to many serious aspiring minds who wish to take up Art as a meaningful profession or to explore the vistas of creativity under the guidance of their mentor Smt. Tulirekha Deb, who continues in her own creative pursuit as well as work as a social commitment to nurture Art as an Expression of Life.
This exhibition showcases the works of children of different age groups and also senior art students. An exhibition is the ultimate platform that any creative person can crave for.
